"There is, thus, a need to implement comprehensive, integrated, enterprise-wide, and workflow-based solutions/tools to enhance the effectiveness of this function," it had stated, adding that this initiative aims to enhance the monitoring framework, enabling real-time data access for improved communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
